What consists of sample fee

First, to produce the same case as you need. We need to CNC a case mould.Then, we will use this mould to produce the case in bulck.This will take at least 25 days.

It takes at least 5 factories to produce a watch, such as the case factory, case back factory, dial factory, glass factory, band factory, buckle factory, etc. Even a single dial needs 3 or more factories to finish.

We focus on assembling(to put the case, strap, movement, glass, buckle and so on to assemble to be the whole watch), QC,and packaging.

The material cost is not the most important part in your watch, but labor cost.

Even a single strap need at least 25 process to finsish. It is the same as the other parts.

So usually we need 35-40 days to finish the stainless steel watch samples.

Alloy watch samples is almost the same. But producing case process and technology is different with stainless steel case. We can finish in about 30-35 days.
